Местоположението е страхотно - на самият бряг на морето. В близост е плажът на Geoponica, където има разположени няколко бара и таверна. В къщата има достатъчно място, прекрасна тераса и двор, напълно оборудвана кухня. Обзаведена е с нови мебели, като има достатъчно място за съхранение на багаж! Неа Каликратия е на 5 мин. с кола, а може и пеша - около 30-40 мин ходене пеша.

We are extremely pleased with everything - the house, the conditions and the attitude of the hosts. We had a problem and the refrigerator broke down, they changed it immediately- on a day off and late in the evening. Highly recommend.
