No 1 Fairbank

Very well presented property, in an excellent location relative to the facilities nearby, and also for accessing other parts of the Lake District.

A little 'hit and miss' in relation to parking outside the property, especially at busy times of the day. However, a short walk up the hill past the Orange Tree provided adequate parking during our stay.

Location great. Short walk to shops and pubs.

Sofa not very comfy and bed very soft for our liking.

This cottage was absolutely lovely & in a perfect position to walk to all the amenities in Kirkby Lonsdale. Thank you Carolyn & Paul for the bottle of bubbly, very nice.

We didn't realise there was no garden but only over the road from a grassy area so didn't take anything away from the holiday.

The cottage is in an excellent location and is absolutely perfect for a weekend away. Lovely and cosy and made us feel at home. Lovely decor and lovely little touches, thank you for the biscuits and prosecco.

Absolutely nothing to not like, the only thing was the bannister on the stairs for the top bedroom wasn't secure and worried us slightly as the stairs are quite steep.
