"A welcoming high spec cottage ❤️"

Loved the location of the cottage - very close to the Radical steps and river walk which was fabulous for my dog. Kirby Lonsdale is a beautiful town with lots of different shops and Cafes plus walks - I left a bag in the cottage when I checked out & the host contacted me immediately- so I got it back promptly- perhaps a discount could be considered for people travelling alone who don’t use the top floor (something to think about for future guests ?) The cottage was beautifully presented and great to cook in - the second time I have stayed ❤️ which tells you how much I like it - very dog friendly with stone floors and easy to block off the kitchen from dogs - my dog always sleeps downstairs at home so was happy to do the same here - thoughtful of the owner to leave me a bottle of wine and some milk

Beautifully furnished/decorated cottage located just a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale. And very clean. I'd have no hesitation to stay here again. Just lovely

"We had a wonderful 2 nights at the cottage. We managed to park in the spaces outside, but we did stay midweek. Great loc"

Lovely cottage in a great location. Tastefully decorated and furnished in a great location.

Nothing apart from some info in the with Wi-Fi code and oven instructions would be useful. But Carolyn always replied to any queries quickly. The weather was lovely during our stay so a table and chairs at the front of the cottage would have been nice, but we just improvised instead.

Everything! Location, decor, equipment, ease of checking in/out, thoughtful touches by owners (biscuits and Prosecco!)

Nothing - it was perfect for our stay. Narrow steep stairs and low, sloping ceilings in loft room could be problematic for the very young or elderly but this was made clear in the property description and just added to the character of the cottage as far as we were concerned
