Little thinks missing . No hand towels only 1 bath towel for each guest. No bins in bedrooms or bathrooms . Plug sockets needed in bedroom

The property is clean and bright and in a good position. The garden is nice too. The beds are very comfortable.

The towels were not very big and looked like they'd seen better days! I know it states in the description that there's no tea or coffee provided, but actually it would be nice if it was! A bin in the bathrooms would be good too. These small additions would make the house feel more welcoming and homely.

Heating arrangements for first night. One double bed very small and it's mattress not that comfortable. Only one thin towel per person not enough.

The location of this property is excellent, walking distance into Lytham. There are plenty of local amenities. Car parking is also an added bonus. Slept really well, beds in main bedrooms very comfortable.

I agree with a number of previous reviews in regard to the cleanliness of the property. The property is in need of a deep clean and needs to be fully checked prior to guests arriving.

Great location! Bed comfy. Great price.

Wasn't very clean sadly. Thick dust on table in bedroom. All floors. Downstairs toilet. Not a great deal of utensils to make meals. 3 of us and a baby. No high chair. Welcome pack was hidden in a foot stool so didn't see it till late on.

The house is ideally located within walking distance to the town centre. It is spacious and modern and very comfortable. A lovely house with plenty of towels, bedding and items in the kitchen for use.
