Good location, feels spacious

Needs a better cleaner, we had to clean the oven before using it because it was filthy. Bits on the floors and hair ball found behind bedroom door. Lots of cobwebs and dust. Utensils left behind from previous guests in fridge etc, bins smelt and dirty and needed a clean too. The tv in main bedroom needs updating as the sound doesn’t sound right.

It was clean.Location was good.

For the money we paid.There was no tea or coffee.Only 1 towel per person.

The accommodation was so nice and it was so close to everything, easy to find.

VILE - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING - BIOHAZARD - BEWARE - STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I HAVE PHOTO'S BUT BOOKING.COM ARE SUPPRESSING MY ABILITY TO UPLOAD. FROM START TO FINISH (we just couldn't stay there with our child - it was a health risk - totally disgusting) this booking was a DISGRACE. Sarah, the owner, suggested the house was cleaned BUT it clearly hadn't been cleaned or touched in YEARS!! Blood residue on mattress toppers in lounge area, absolutely shocking. All areas of the property were totally disgusting. Never been cleaned. I travelled with my family including our young 2 year old child. We stepped foot into the property and was absolutely shocked and disgraced at how bad things were. We had a very bad feeling from the outset when Sarah, the owner, contacted us to ask how many of the beds we wanted "made up" - how about ALL of them as we've paid for the entire property. Red flags from the very first interaction. The towels (if you can call them that - merely hand towel sized) we no good for anyone. Smelly, disgusting, never been washed and the not suitable for a family traveling. Absolute waste of time.

Great location. Clean and tidy. Excellent value for money.

Airy house, great location. 2 parking spaces at the back. Very comfortable beds. 3 toilets. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication from the owner. Front and back door keys, with internal thumb locks making security easy to manage as we did our separate activities.

Minimal storage and hanging space in the bedrooms. Front door quite dark once the sun has set, making key insertion a challenge. Nowhere to hang wet clothes if raining.

Lovely spacious and modern property. Helpful host who was easy to contact when we needed her.

It would have been useful to know that the house numbers swapped to the opposite side of the street as it took us a long time to locate the property.

very clean, easy to find , two parking places, near a lovely kids park, everything provided to a fair standard i.e. fair for the price feel that is not a criticism just a fair assessment in my view not excellent and absolutely 100% not poor

not being in control of heating - felt it a bit of an imposition to have to ring to ask if we wanted it turned up. I am sure it would have been actioned had we asked and I absolutely understand there will be the odd individual who would abuse the Hive system but hopefully the majority would respect it and having the freedom to choose would show trust in the guests
