Location and facilities

Noisy floorboards and bedroom bathroom doors noisy when trying to shut them especially with children around and trying to be quiet

Location is ideal and the property itself is beautifully presented.

Limited on street parking .. rear outdoor space would benefit from some tlc to bring it up to same standard as interior. BBQ also in need of replacing.

Property wss very clean and extremely cosy, everything supplied that we needed. The beds were extra comfy. Very close to the square and all amenities including buses, restaurants and pubs and just along from seafront.

Work being done on a neighbouring property which was quite noisy early in the morning and unfortunately stopped us sitting in the garden with dust etc coming over. The parking was also near impossible to get a space on the road. The lovely cleaner on our arrival advised us to look out after 6 ish for a space, which we did as we were planning walking or getting buses. Got a space and didn't move it!

Great property with all the facilities we required. Excellent location.

Nothing not to like really

Property is central and close enough to walk to everything you need. Good kitchen equipment provision for anyone cooking.

Some of the big white, now off white, light shades looking tired and in need to replacement. Some finer detail of cleaning not as good as should be, although generally well cleaned eg kitchen bin was filthy (I cleaned it) and bathroom tiles need more attention as well as a good clear our of the garden store so it is more available to store the rubbish bags in. Television very slow to the point of being annoying, the general channels aren’t great and iplayer and ITVX so slow to get to there’s no channel hopping!! There was no indication on the details that a mobility scooter was unacceptable at the property and that caused us to be more housebound than we expected to be, I’d have appreciated rear access and the ability to just bring scooter into property’s grounds to charge. Short sighted for the demographic of people generally staying I’d have thought, maybe a consideration for future.

Location brilliant

Back garden however no fault of owner as there was refurbishing the next door property and dust was flying over, lovely sun trap.

Excellent property in the heart of Lytham St Anne’s . Close to shops , restaurants and the beach

Great for walks along the beach and a comfortable and chilled place to stay
