Central position, walkable distance to beach and shops

No parking, the fact that it was the middle flat of three. No curtain in kitchen with neighbour right there to look iin. The quality of double beds were very different, 1 brilliant, 1 not good, so a bit unfair if you are sharing the costs with friends. Looking at a concrete wall wasn't the greatest either.

The location was amazing. WIthin walking distance of the beach, shopping area, restaurants, hockey turf.

The beds weren't particularly comfortable and quite small.

Great location. Good response to issues with wifi/tv.

Wifi/TV not working. The heat pump was not great, had it on 26 degrees and it barely kept up.

"Needs a bit more attention to detail"

Great location. No breakfast

Tv should be easy to operate or give decent instructions 4 phonecalls and a house visit not appropriate. Washing machine a nightmare to use. There should be an electric blanket on at least one bed we had to buy one. Kitchen not clean.

"Great location and cute little bach that's great for family stays."

Awesome location! Minutes to walk to either the beach or into the shops, bars and cafes in town. Provided us enough beds to cater for a variety of ages in our family. Easy check-in and out. Smart TV and full kitchen. Was a nice touch having Ecostore shower gel. Also great to have a dishwasher.

A few more mirrors in the rooms would be helpful. Also, no instant coffee but there was plunger coffee and a plunger, although the plunger broke - but not too much of a big deal when you can get great coffee within walking distance. Also, parking on the street wasn't that great with most of the roadside taken up by residents - proved a little tricky and also not being familiar with the area we weren't sure how safe the car would be down the road.

"My family and I had an amazing stay at the Ngarata Nest, quiet location close to shops and beach"

The location of the accommodation, the walking, driving distance to the beach and township. The peace and quiet, I think my children were the noisiest on the street, the cooking books, the board games, utensils, pots and pans, space for family of 5.

My daughters complained about their room (the bunk room) being too cold in comparison to the other rooms.
