"Goed verblijf maar eenvoudig kwaliteit te verhogen."

Locatie

Mooie locatie en Podera. Maar een tekort aan praktische dingen,zoals peper, zout, olie toilet papier, vuilniszakken ed. Keertje schone handdoeken, beddegoed kan ook geen kwaad. Kost niet veel, maar onhandig voor de toerist en kwaliteitverhogend voor de verhuurder. Met het warme weer zou anno 2026 een airco ook geen kwaad kunnen.

Locatie was perfect. Een zeer mooi zwembad en veel ruimte in huis en daarbuiten.

Iets gedateerde inrichting, harde bedden. Wat ik persoonlijk zou doen is iedereen een eigen terras geven. Nu deel je de stoelen met anderen.

"Fijn huis met zwembad"

We verbleven in het 6-persoonshuis, dat drie volwaardige slaapkamers en twee badkamers heeft. Ideaal voor een verblijf met familie of vrienden. Buiten is het heerlijk vertoeven: een prettig zwembad voor verkoeling en een fijne plek om te eten en te barbecueรซn. Binnen was er helaas niet echt genoeg ruimte om met zโ€™n allen aan tafel te zitten, maar buiten maakte dat ruimschoots goed. De ligging is perfect, dicht bij Montepulciano en in een prachtige wijnregio vol leuke uitstapjes (auto is wel nodig!). In de keuken is het basisgerei aanwezig, maar als je veel wilt koken is het handig om wat extra spullen mee te nemen, zoals een koekenpan, spatels, messen en vuilniszakken, al is er verder ruim voldoende aanwezig, inclusief een vaatwasser, wat het allemaal net wat relaxter maakt.

"Beautiful and relaxing"

It is a beautiful place to be and to relax. There are also multiple wonderful towns to visit. Almost all the facilities were available and of decent quality. Some a little bit outdated, but thatโ€™s part of the house.

It can be quite warm in the house since there is no airconditioning or cooling system. We were prepared so it was not that big of a problem, but with a high temperature it will be though.

A beautiful place in a very pleasant setting of forests and mountains. Close to the towns of Cianciano and Montepulciano. A wonderful apartment with antique-style furnishings and all amenities. A wonderful swimming pool surrounded by greenery. A wonderful place to spend a vacation with family or friends.
