Nice place to stay in Maspalomas

Contacting and meeting the host for the keys was painless. The quality of the room was good and we looked the location as it was walkable to the beach but easy to access by car.

It seemed like mostly a resort of home owners rather than holiday makers. When all the local children came out early in the evening it could be quite noisy for a while. The pool was pretty cold this time of year (Feb) but was also relatively quiet and you could always got a sun bed.

Location is good, apartment is well equiped!

A little more cleaning would be nice.

The apartman was exactly as in the photos. The location is really good, restaurants and shops are really close, the beach and the sand dunes are in walking distance. The free parking place was the reason I chose this place and it was very helpful, it's much more difficult to park on this area of Maspalomas than I thought. Check-in and check out was easy and Christina stayed in touch with us the whole time and sent the necessary informations on time without asking. The apartman is small but comfortable for 1 or 2 persons. The kitchen is well equipped, you can actually cook here.

The walls inside the apartman are very thin, they are only there to separate the functions.

Clean, big comfortable beds, attentive host. Loved the kitchen / bar area.

The smaller of the two showers is on a slope, which feels a bit uncomfortable when you’re showering.

The apartment was modern and clean and extremely well equipped

The bedrooms could do with having air conditioning but the ceiling fans worked very well.
