Keys in lockbox - easy to collect, but only one set of keys - bear in mind if travelling as a couple.

Found the flat claustrophobic with barely any storage space. The mattress sunk. BEWARE: Once you're past the cancellation deadline, they send you a link to an off-site 'check-in' website where they require you to sign an additional contract beyond that agreed through Booking.com. Without agreeing, they do not release the keys. Amongst other things, the contract requires that you take out the bins (8 floors down) before check out despite charging you a compulsory €55 cleaning fee. When I queried this they told me the €55 is meant to cover the cost of washing the bed sheets and the cleaning products used. They accommodated a late checkout of one hour, but the cleaner knocked at the original 11am time, negating any additional rest. Passable

A clean well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Beds super comfortable with crisp white sheets. The accommodation was close to friendly bars and restaurants and a short walk to the charming town of San Fernando.

The 2 bedrooms at rear were very noisy due to busy road behind so not recommended for light sleepers but the host has other apartments with different locations in complex

Quiet and central to Playa del Ingles Close to Yumbo for fun nights out Not far from the beach either Good bigger supermarkets bo too far which tend to be cheaper than the touristy ones

Brilliant appartment for our group of five people! Good location, spacious appartment, lovely pool, free parking.

At times the warm water heater was inefficient.

I spent a fantastic three weeks on the island. I stayed in two apartments run by Christina and her team during this period. Cristina and her team are very responsible, they respond to the messages very quickly, even late at night. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Dishwashing liquid, capsules for laundry, towels - also for the beach, very comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment and will stay again.
