The house is in a fantastic location. Very close to old city, attractions and pubs and restaurants Cosy and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Fantastic location. Only 5 minute walk to Derry Walls.Ann is a very welcoming host. The property was very clean and comfortable. Ann had the heating on for our arrival as well as supplying tea, coffee and biscuits. Highly recommended.

An excellent option for anyone visiting Derry. We stayed here for two nights and I'll definitely be looking to come back at my next available opportunity. Anne was friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained with crystal clarity - she offered great advice on where to go for food and drinks, too. All the bedrooms were extremely comfortable - I really found it hard getting out of the bed thanks to how snug it was. There are two showers if you're sharing the accommodation with friends, which was very handy. The house is a ten minute walk from Derry City centre, which made it incredibly easy to bounce in and out of town as needed. Great value for money and just a really pleasant experience overall.

I'd be hard pressed to say anything negative, and the only note of advice is about something that can't be helped. Parking outside is a tough task due to the narrow street. Rather than offer it up as a criticism of the property (as I said, it can't be helped when you're so close to the city centre!) I'd suggest that people car pool when they're travelling up as it will make the parking situation much easier for you. Otherwise, everything here is excellent and it's a great spot to stay.
