Very fresh and clean suited our group of girls away to enjoy the city.

For us everything was just around the corner. 2 Bookie's, 2 Bars, Chippy, Store and an Off Licence. Were would ya get it.

"Dirty and run down"

Good size for extended family of six, and good location for the getting around the city.

Very dirty, had to bleach the bathrooms and kitchen before use. Sofa unusable due to springs sticking up, leaky sink, generally neglected but clearly a work in progress. Would not stay again or recommend.

Great location and only a few minute’s walk to the Derry walls and city centre with plenty local shops for all your needs. The accommodation was superb, clean and very spacious. An excellent choice and would definitely recommend.

Lovely big house in the middle of Derry. A few minutes walk from all the shops/restaurants, so location was perfect for us. 4 lovely big spacious bedrooms, and Shaun was very responsive to any communications. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks.
