Location to food and sites.

Traffic for parking situation was difficult. Steep Stairs. Heavy doors… no doorknobs? Small kitchen… no coffeemaker. Musty smell in lower level.

Excellent location.

Needs updated.

A great location with lots of comfy beds and a very welcoming host

The house is slightly tired, particularly the kitchen area. However, this isn't a big problem as if you're in Derry you're bound to be out and about.

Fantastic location - easy walk into the town centre. The owner was very friendly & helpful. Big spacious bedrooms.

En-suite showers were a little small, but for a 2 night stay, & the great location, it was manageable. Lots of stairs if travelling with someone with mobility issues.

Great Central location to the city centre , we got a taxi from derry airport which was 15/20 mins ride to the property and was £13, great communication with the host ,made us feel very welcome

The property is on a busy road so if your sensitive to noise beware! There are central rooms which would probably cut down the noise

Great size property, all amenities you require. Good location and plenty of parking on street. Shaun the owner was a complete gentleman, and no ask was too big or small. Top bloke.
