Very nice cottage and welcoming host.

In short absolutely everything ! We absolutely loved the charm and warmth. The property was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully furnished. We genuinely felt at home throughout our stay. It’s such a lovely place to relax and unwind. We would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Swanage. Also, we would definitely be back here on our next visit to Swanage.

The courtyard is lovely to sit in, so relaxing and private. The welcome pack of essentials was very much appreciated after the long drive. Just love the property.

Well equipped cottage, comfortable and every little need accommodated Quiet location for a short getaway. Lovely greeting with proseco and cake and host nearby if we had any queries. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Light and airy property, beautifully presented. Convenient for touring and with lovely walks straight from the property.

There was no freezer drawer and just a bar with stools rather than a table with chairs.

It's like home from home everything is thought about the place is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. So quiet and the extra touches like dorset apple cake or biscuits and milk and tea and coffee means such a lot when you 1st arrive instantly feel at home. Love it we keep coming back

Great location, well equipped. Homely feel and felt special.

We stayed at this property last year and booked again for this year as soon as we left. We love it. The location is perfect, a short walk from Dancing Ledge, pub/shop around the corner, and just a mile outside Swanage. Being dog friendly was fabulous too. Nicky was lovely and came to see us when we arrived. She's just across the road and made it clear that we could just cross the road or text if we needed anything. We also got engaged when we stayed here too this year! So this place is even more special to us now and we cannot wait to visit again next year.

The parking is a bit awkward (parking in a garage as there's no on-road parking available due to being a narrow road!) but Nicky said that we could park on her driveway should we struggle to get the car in the garage. We were able to park our 2019 Kia Sportage in the garage so was easy to park in there.
