'Downtown' @ Terracotta Court

The bed was very comfy and the apartment was well decorated with all amenities included we good, including WiFi and streaming services.

On our final morning, we had a checkout time of 10am. However the owners had organised for a decorator to attend. We were rudly woken by banging on the door at 7.50am being told he had been asked to be there first thing in the morning. We advised him we were booked till 10am and he went on to complain to neighbours we should have been out half hour ago! He started to sand down the windows while we were still in the property, and we had no other option to pack up our things and leave early and wait around for our train in the rain! Really bad communication from the management company for both us and the decorator as we would never have booked if this was to happen!

Nice location, clean and nice flat. Kitchen was well organised and the bed was very comfy. Nice living space.

There was no heating in the bedroom- the electric radiator in there had to be plugged in using an extension cable which we tripped on - and wouldnt stay on for more than 3 minutes. Probably fine in the summer- but we were cold. I think the flat description should include that it is in a family friendly residential set of flats. This would have been enough of a warning of extra noise. The flat above us had young children in who were up very early and the sound really travelled into the bedroom. Its not their fault - they are just living their lives - but a description like the one I have suggested would have been enough of a warning about the noise. Enough water for 2 people to shower a day is ok- but it meant we had to keep putting the boost on as we wanted to shower before our evening out.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely and cozy place in the middle of this beautiful town. Everything was perfect and great communication throughout. Thank you for hosting us. 🤗

Property was spacious for our needs and was in an ideal central location.

Accessed via steep steps.

Spacious apartment & very central location. Bedroom away from main road and therefore quiet.

Brilliant apartment in the centre of BOA. Lovely town with great food. Being near a station, easy to day trip to Bath through countryside on the train.

In the heart of BOA. Very clean with lovely touches and great decor. Definitely recommended.
