'Downtown' @ Terracotta Court

Central location in Bradford on Avon, beautiful historic town, the apartment was comfortable, lovely hot shower and comfy beds.

So popular with tourists which makes it difficult to drive in and out, but well worth the trouble.

Some issues with cleanliness, we had to clean the fridge before using it and swap out a couple of towels which looked 'marked'. While the bed was comfy, the quilt was a full winter quilt and too hot, it was also so large that in bunching it up between us (in order to cool down) it felt like there were three in the bed.

Nice central location, spacey and clean

Just little things, the cups were dirty on arrival, the kettle needs descaling,bathroom fan didn’t seem to work. The chair in the kitchen, facing the wall, needs the screws tightening as it collapsed while using. We fixed it as far as we could but would benefit from an Allen key to tighten properly.

The view out of the living room window across the square with the morris dancers at the festival was lovely.

The kitchen wasn't all that clean, dried food on the plates in the kitchen cupboard, and food on the oven glove. The general cleanliness of the bedding was good, however the flat itself was pretty grimy, and the entryway was really gross. Some sticky substance over the floor. The worst thing about it was the noise from the family upstairs, I could hear every word, every step and every time they flushed the loo. I could even hear the childs toys playing right above my head in bed.

Amazing location, great recommendations from the host. The flat was surprisingly bigger than expected and we had plenty of room.

Beautiful space in the centre of town

Beautiful property right in the centre of BOA - had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book it again. Loved that the Coop is just behind it and also some lovely small places to eat, that we also visited. We parked in the station car park which was no problem at all and took a train for the day to my old home town of Salisbury.

The location was perfect, a quick walk to the train station and all the points of interest around town. Very close to pubs and resturants and Pipit Bakery! The flat was so comfortable, we instantly felt at home! Laura, the property manager was super helpful and answered our questions that arose in a timely manner.

The location is good as is the train service to Bath and Salisbury.

The light fitting to the centre of the lounge is too low. I'm 5' 11" and my head struck it a number of times during my stay. The bathroom mirror is too low for shaving purposes. I would suggest the use of a concertina type mirror cantilevering off the sidewall. The instructions for the television / skybox were confusing. One of the bathroom light fittings did not work. There is no car parking at the property. The suggested location for free parking (Woolley Street) is up hill and may not suit older persons or those with mobility issues.
