Weaver's Cottage @ Number 10

Such a beautiful area, wonderful property. Everything about it was delightful. Nothing bad to say.

Location.. very high up over the town good views

Issues with property including hygiene concerns, ( photographs provided ) were raised directly with the owner of weavers cottage, who said I would get some refund because of genuine things, this never materialised even after acc details were sent over.. very disappointed to be treated like this as a paying customer..

Great location and perfect size for 2 people! Had everything we needed - and the chocolate and mince pies were a lovely surprise, thank you😁

Bit tired in places (e.g. damaged blinds, cupboard door hanging off) but this didn't affect the stay. Still a lovely property!

Good communication from the host and manager. The property is a little tricky to get to, but lovely surroundings/ views and a lovely village down the hill. We went into Bath for the day and it was all very simple. No issues parking either.

Although a pleasant enough property, we wouldn't have stayed there for any longer than two nights. Although it has potential, it is very run down. There's a fair bit of damp/ water damage, plaster coming off the walls, kitchen doors that don't close and the TV remote batteries were dead (admittedly an issue that we feel would have been solved had we spoken to the manager) We did also walk in to a lot of mail on the floor- not an issue of course, but shows it may not be checked regularly. The shower pressure and head were dreadful, and the bathroom could definitely do with more finishing off around the toilet, although that's more along the aesthetic line. The most concerning part for us was when we realised there was no working smoke alarm in the property. Though the casing was on the bedroom ceiling. My partner checked in the morning and found it sat on a shelf, not working at all. All in all, we do feel this property could be greatly improved with a little more attention.

La casa es preciosa y el pueblo de Bradford muy pintoresco.

Quizás no tiene que ver con el alojamiento en sí pero hay que tener en cuenta que para llegar a esa parte del pueblo es todo en subida muy empinada. Solo para tenerlo en cuenta pero volvería sin duda

Long walk down from carpark to Weaver's cottage ( slope and steps) with your cases , pealing paint of walls , no room on one side of the bed , tiny wash basin , place to sit outside was overgrown and cushions on seats ( outside was wet )
