Perfect as a base for my family visit. Very well appointed and comfortable. The beds especially were very good.

I have only one small quibble - the sofa (only 1!) was very low and uncomfortable for sitting on for too long - not good for elderly folk who have to get up out of it.

Although the hosts suggest early check in / late check out is available I got the distinct impression that as long as they had bookings alongside very little effort was made to accommodate this. No beach towels were provided. Only a 3 seater sofa and bean bag.

House was extremely comfortable. Spacious 2 beds and open plan living/kitchen area which was fully equipped. We travelled with young children so it was great to have the grassed outdoor area which was also fully fenced. House is located on a quiet suburban street and only a short drive to the beach & restaurants etc. Very happy with our stay.

We were surprised that there was no washing line / clothes rack (the house comes with both a washing machine & dryer), but when we queried this, a drying rack was very quickly delivered. Service was exceptional! I would certainly suggest that a retractable washing line is put up outside as there is no where to hang beach towels etc.

Beautifully styled, bright airy and comfortable accomodation. Stayed with my teenage son for a Volleyball tournament and it was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely book again.
