The house was extremely clean and tidy, with a fully equipped kitchen providing all the necessary tools and utensils. The location was excellent, with a wide variety of dining options just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient.

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust.

My husband and I visited Tauranga 5 years ago and told ourselves someday we'd return with our family. This trip was a full-circle moment for us, so we wanted to stay somewhere really special and centrally-located. We're so happy we came across this property! It's impeccable, from the baby-soft throws, to the chef's kitchen and washer/dryer. We've stayed in 22 places across 6 weeks so far, and these beds were the most comfortable we've slept in yet! The yard was a delight for our young girls; such a great place for them to get energy out. The house is perfectly placed near the beach and boardwalk, and while we drove to The Mount, you could get there on a nice walk. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped to cook a fantastic meal, and the gated driveway is very convenient. Communication with the management company was professional and frequent; we had great instructions for getting in. Our only wish is that we could've stayed longer. Hopefully in another 5 years, we'll be back!

My only suggestion is to update the guest manual with a few more instructions. We couldn't figure out how to get the oven/range to turn on. Knowing that in Australia/NZ, it's common to have to flick a switch, we looked everywhere - even watching set-up videos online - to try to figure it out. Management finally told us to look in the pantry behind the microwave to find the switch. They did such a great job writing a thoughtful manual - a little instruction added in there would be helpful, especially to foreigners.

The location was great, its a pity we were only staying 1 night as would have liked longer. We had heavy rain for the entire stay so didn't get to get to the beach but still an amazing stay, comfy beds, warm and close to everything.

The room is just like its name- full of sunlights. 10mins walk to the beach, and easy reach to 4 square supermarket and restaurants. The room offers a nice kitchen with joint living room. You can sit in the couch while enjoying the sunshine. There is a balcony but we didn’t use it.

The bathroom is quite small, and the water pressure from the shower is not enough. There is no complimentary shampoo. Not enough towels were provided ( we stayed for 2 nights but only 4 big towels were given).

Everything . A great location. The home was clean, well presented, high end appliances and an informative guest book. Chloe was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We will definitely be back 😊
