Per my wife - “Everything about this property is perfect. My wife took videos for inspiration for our future home. It is perfectly sized, close to coffee and restaurants and the beach. There are many details that show they had a designer professionally design the house. The windows are stunning & slide open into themselves to provide an open air feel. The bed is very comfortable. The outside space is beautiful, I love that the dining is integrated into the kitchen. So much inspiration for a dream home! Great amounts of storage that make it a spot wonderful for both short and long term stays.

decor colour I.e. creme drapes pillows rugs etc badly stained which wouldn't be so evident in different colors

Depositing a securities account is somewhat unusual and requires additional effort

Absolutely loved the location of the property - a short stroll to the beach and a range of shops. The property had a beautiful coastal high end feel to it either decor and appliances to match. We loved the open plan living and the indoor outdoor flow.

The rain shower head had quite a few blocked nozzles.

Magnificent stay- beautiful property in a great location. Everything about our stay was endlessly comfortable, clean & well equipped. We’d move in if we could! Fantastic property that we would recommend to anyone travelling to this part of New Zealand (including that they should just go there as it’s beautiful anyway!).
