Tithebarn Townhouse

The location of this property is excellent although parking was difficult, we did eventually get parked right outside the property. Tea, coffee, sugar and, breakfast cereals provided although the coffee packet was left opened, so had hardened.

The wifi didn't work which was a bit inconvenient.

Really close to station (3 min walk), Aldi next door. Easy check in.

Sign in the kitchen said there would be bread, milk etc and there was nothing which is a bit frustrating but not the end of the world!

It was clean, perfect for 2 couples to stay as we had a wedding early the following morning. Location was great and close to everything.

Comfortable. Great location to shops and the bus stop.

Downstairs toilet unfortunately didn't work. And had to put towel over the glass panel on the bedroom door. Not a big deal, just a bit inconvenient when trying to sleep.

Strong smell of damp. Damp walls & ceiling. Dirty carpets. Wallpaper hanging off ceiling. Broken cupboards in kitchen. Downstairs toilet out of order. Dirty laundry left in upstairs cupboard. Garden unkept and un useable. Not a place you’d like to sit and eat or socialise. Photos on site deceiving.

Location perfect for night out in Poulton. Could have stayed longer. Parking right outside.
