Parking not straightforward but easily found a free space a few hundred yards from property

Not sure how this property was rated as superb. General appearance is tired. Downstairs toilet out of order as mentioned in previous reviews. Just fix it! Kitchen cupboards damaged. Welcome sheet mentioned complimentary milk and butter but there was none. Lovely garden area neglected. Trees overgrown and furniture also hasn’t been cleaned and maintained. A general sense of not interested from the owners.

Good location, spacious rooms. Had everything provided including tea and coffee, milk, bread and eggs for breakfast.

Great location and spacious for a family of four. Host was a helpful communicator and we had everything we needed. Milk, bread and eggs were provided and that was a really nice touch.

Just some minor points. There was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and a few more places to hang clothes might be helpful. But that’s being super picky!
