It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Managed by a private host

"Perfect large quite house with EV charger"

EV Charging is a huge plus. Level 2 and charge our rental Volvo C40 very quickly. Kitchen have plenty of spices and cooking utensils. The grill is awesome.

The wifi could be better. It was extremely slow at time.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. 10/10 would definitely rent again. The location was perfect to enjoy the stars at night and the view of the city and mountains were spectacular. The home was equipped with so many things to entertain us. The game room was amazing with little arcade games and a pinball machine, the ping pong table and Foosball table were really fun. They even had a set of dumbbells and yoga mats. Last but certainly not least, the host Patricia, I can't even begin to tell you how accommodating she was. By far the best host we've ever had. Thank you Patricia for a magical weekend, can't wait to do it again.

Amazing house with great facilities, equipment and location. EV charger was perfect as was the games room and hot tub. Comfy and stylish! The host was amazing and could not have made the place any more perfect!

The overall communication with Patricia has been excellent since I booked the property. The house was spotless, with a great location close to Joshua tree park as well as close proximity to the city. We loved all of the practicalities of the house and its spaciousness. It also had a jacuzzi which was a great addition to our evenings. For sure highly recommend this place.

"RELAXING"

This rental was perfect for our visit, We were close to the Marine Base so we could visit our Marine, The whole purpose of our trip. The accommodations were like being at home, we could feed our Marine a home cooked meal & let him relax !!Thank You....This place is highly recommended!!
