It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Very close to the Joshua Tree National Park. After hiking, the hot tub was a great touch. The views were awesome!

Outstanding location right outside the park. Very clean. Excellent communication. Easy check in. Extremely well equipped. Games in the garage were a bonus.

Registration was a bit over the top for a short stay with photo ID upload, separate rental agreement, security deposit.
