Graceland Lodge with Hot Tub

Lovely lodge, was spotless and very comfortable .. the park as well seemed lovely with good facilities and well maintained grounds…would love to have stayed longer.

Very clean, hot tub was great! Showers very good and beds were comfortable. Location of lodge situated right next to a park and an on sitePizza shack was perfect.

Sofa bed is VERY uncomfortable. We have a dog that needs to be let off her leader and there was nowhere acceptable for that. No on site shop also. We were never advised that we needed to book the restaurant at the golf club so when we arrived we could only sit outside and when it started to rain we’re told we could not move our table under the shelter (luckily another family had finished so we moved to that table) and when we enquired about food we were told (quite rudely) that we should have booked because they’re “famous for their Sunday dinners” as people that are not from the area there was no way we could have known this.

The hot tub was great for the kids nice and big warm but very windy, the washing machine came in handy to wash the kids costumes and our clothes and the park is a good one for the kids we loved the pizza shack.

The shower in the double room needs regulating it’s far too hot my daughter nearly burnt her self couldn’t cool it down but the other bathroom was fine, the dish washer was hard to use we tried not to use it, minor problems but we had a good stay all in all

very nice location and view. hottub was excellent

no facilities for children (playground ) . barking dogs were a problem.

The location was fab for access to York and the location itself was pretty & well tended. The property was in lovely clean condition, nicely decorated with Christmas touches ❤️. Plenty of space for 8 👍 Hot Tub amazing 🤩

There was a random sock in the wardrobe & cleaning cloth on the carpet. Not the end of the world like 🙈 I think though important to mention is that it couldn't sleep 8 adults. The sofa bed in the lounge couldn't carry two average adults (could two kids/ even small teenagers) it's too small and did not look comfortable. Luckily there were 7 of us. I chose the couch rather than the sofa bed, that that was comfortable 👍
