Lovely lodge indeed would come back definitely

Only problem was the fridge was warm and couldn't keep milk cold and drinks cold and it was a very hot weekend. I requested it to be looked at but no assistance

Location great, York only a short drive away, Scarborough and Brid only 45 mins away, and Aldi in Pocklington just 5 mins drive! Facilities in the lodge were fantastic, utility room with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, TV with Netflix etc. Bedrooms were fabulous size, such a roomy living room too. Quiet location and peaceful. Had a meal in JJ's one night, amazing food. Use of the hot tub on the veranda was brilliant. Have booked again for next year!

Only one thing was that the door shelves in the fridge were missing, small point but irritating

Location was good, restaurant and food very good, but drinks a little pricey. Lodge very comfy & roomy, nice proper sized beds.

No privacy screen around the hot tub. The last one we stayed in on site had this.
