Location and size. Owner was great!

Carpet felt really dirty. Road noise is excessive at times.

"Lovely stay in a fantastic location"

8.0

Wonderful location to the centre of town.

There is no washing machine and that would have been very handy. Bed was comfy but feels like it’s on its last legs.

"Very good"

8.0

location was very handy for central Bury St Edmunds, provision of a car parking space was very useful. The house was lovely and warm.

Small things that could easily be fixed included the hand soap having run out in the bathroom, no dishcloth in the kitchen and the pipework behind the toilet looked grubby / dusty. The inside of the fridge had marks on the shelves on arrival and the upstairs carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed.

"We enjoyed Bury very much and it was great to have everything within walking distance."

8.0

Location was excellent, and although the parking was not by the property, it wasn't a problem as there was a pelican crossing immediately outside the door. It was handy having a separate dining room from the lounge. Heating and hot water provision was excellent.

We would have preferred a slightly firmer mattress. A low table in front of the settee would have been useful. Colourful planters in the garden would enhance the appeal for anyone staying in spring or summer.

"Great stay,"

7.0

Very clean and tidy

Not so much dislike, however the sofa could of been a little bigger so a couple could relax on it, also maybe a tv in the bedroom would of been ideal,
