Charming 2 bedroom property in Bury St Edmunds

It was in a great location, clean and well equipped!

Noise carried quite easily through the house but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Rooms wernt ready. Had to change bedsheets when we arrived. Dirt every where ehere. No correspondance from host at all when tried to contact him.

Only 1 loo. No parking nearby.

Clean and tidy, close walking distance to the centre would recommend and would stay again. Everything you need is there !

The house was very central and was super clean with spacious, pretty bedrooms. There were lots of nice little touches and basic provisions like milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and toiletries. Whilst one room is in the basement, all efforts regards humidity and heat were provided; though you might like to bring some slippers for the brick floor, just for comfort, like everywhere else it was very clean just a bit prickly for bare feet.

There is only really seating for 5 in the Dining area - this could easily be corrected with foldable chairs. There is a sound insulation issue that needs to be addressed, there are so many easy ways via DIY to do this nowadays. Alas no such measures have been made, which leads to neighbours pestering you even when you are just having a conversation, no music.

Good size and close to the town and parking

Lovely cosy house accommodating 6 adults.

Only downside was negotiating the distance from the basement to bathroom at night without disturbing anyone else. Could do with a first floor toilet
