A experiência foi muito boa, a massagem de relaxamento e o flutuario foram as experiências fantásticas.

No check-out a receção da recepcionista, foi zero simpática e sem muita educação nos despachou as pressas como se já tivéssemos de ir embora. Essa foi a única coisa que não gostamos, de resto é uma nota 10 com certeza.

O sossego, paisagens, o spa e o pequeno-almoço.

Ficamos hospedados nas casas na encosta de Loredo e para tomar o pequeno-almoço tínhamos de ir ao hotel. O que em dias soalheiros é um pouco complicado para um carro, em caso de mau tempo pode ser uma tarefa difícil de carro pois a estrada é numa encosta íngreme ( com uma inclinação bastante acentuada) e de difícil acesso. Não é um hotel recomendado para carrinhos de bebé e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Alguns funcionários deixam um pouco a desejar em termos de simpatia e profissionalismo.

La tranquilidad las instalaciones la piscina climatizada muy bonita agua calentita muy agusto La casa invierno muy bonita con piscina temporada pero como es otoño no pudimos disfrutarla Desayuno estupendo Sala d juegos y relax bien

Está a 2,6km d la zona desayuno y Spa en una Zona d alta montaña carretera complicada No había casillas para guardar la ropa pues ir en albornoz desde el apartamento en coche no es práctico

"Great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the mountains"

Nice, comfortable house with plenty of space and options of light, yard and pool. Fantastic view from the house and the main complex, including spa. Spa is also great and will be greater soon (we saw new baths under construction, already think about returning). Breakfast is luxury, with wide variety of fruits, bakery and drinks including champagne and fresh orange juice. Also you can order a hot dish without additional payment.

Only two small things that can be improved- more vegetables for breakfast and some more hooks in bathrooms in the house.
