De tudo. Desde a localização, à limpeza, ao cuidado com que fomos recebidos. Só tenho coisas boas a dizer. Altamente recomendado para famílias que procuram descanso e conforto no meio da natureza.

Comunicação muito fácil com a proprietária, muito prestável e atenciosa. Estava tudo impecável, decoração com excelente gosto. Múltiplas atividades disponíveis num espaço privado e agradável. De certo voltaremos.

Nada a apontar

Excellent accommodation for a relaxed time with friends and/or family! All the facilities on the property give you plenty of things to do outdoors, so you'll never be bored! We went in wintertime and still managed to thoroughly enjoy the tennis court, the pedal boat in river Tamega, the jacuzzi, and the archery. In warmer temperatures, it would have been even better! The hosts were attentive and caring before and during our stay, promptly facilitating any small extra things we asked for. The houses are comfortable and spacious. The kitchens are well equipped and everything is nicely clean. Overall super nice place and lovely hosts!!

The construction of the houses (a common issue in Portugal) plus the window and main door choices, made it so that the houses weren't properly insulated and there was a lot of heat loss. Despite the AC and additional heaters, the temperatures sometimes made things uncomfortable, especially upon arrival. Also, adding a toaster (beyond the available sandwich maker) would be advisable. Should the insulation be fixed, I would not hesitate to come back even in wintertime!

the location was very beautiful very near the river, surrounded by trees and greenery. With the added convenience of the town center about 10 minutes away by car.

The property is expansive and offers a wide range of activities for everyone. It features two heated pools, a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, a tennis court, basketball hoops, football goal posts, a beach volleyball court, a mini-gym, stand-up paddleboards, fishing equipment, etc. With direct access to the river and all sports equipment provided, it caters to various interests. Located near a town with numerous restaurants (just an 8-minute drive away), the property is situated on a hillside, offering privacy and seclusion from road noise and neighbors. Local food delivery services are also available. The rooms and the property are meticulously maintained, ensuring everything is tidy and in working order. The host is exceptionally kind and goes above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. Although breakfast is not included, fresh bread and occasional treats (pastries, cookies) are provided every morning. Communication with the host is effortless. My children, aged 10 and 13, both agreed that this was the best stay we’ve ever had. They enjoyed playing basketball, football, and pickleball, followed by relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This is top standard leading location. Manger/Owner is highly professional, customer focused, and taking care on high-end level of every single detail, fluent in English. The apartment is fully equiped, absolutely crystal claened. Location is green, peaceful, silent, comfortable and located easily to get or navigate locally. The stuff is smiled, nice, and very helpfull if needed. There are two pools, tennis court, volley area. In total all this elements make your holiday unforgotable. If you look for silent location without "holiday noise" - this is it!

The estante is absolutely fantastic! The accommodation is in excellent conditions and the staff is not only really helpful, but also incredibly thoughtful and considerate!

Unfortunately the weather was a bit unpleasant... But that's the only thing I can complain about!
