We loved staying there, it was quiet, the surroundings are beautiful and well maintained with a private access to the river. All kinds of activities were possible free of charge like tennis, volley ball, basket ball, a row boat and many more. There are 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi and a lovely BBQ area. The apartment had plenty of room and a balcony with a great view. The beds, bedding and everything else looked and felt "of quality". A personal contact was also provided, she even brought us cake, thank you Viive!

There really isn´t anything to complain about!

The place was fantastic. Very comfortable with all the amenities. She prepared a very nice welcome cake homemade by granny and the view to the river was fabulous. I would recommend it 100%. Thank you Viive for everything. Will surely come back next time hopefully in the summer ☀️ when the weather is nice.

Casas Bouça Maria was nothing short of incredible. Viive was such a lovely and generous host. Her team were also very welcoming and there to help whenever it was needed. The property was stunning and so well maintained. The facilities were also incredible from the pools, to the tennis court and paddleboards. This was truly a dream holiday and we cannot wait to return in the future.

Absolutely everything, the attention to the smallest details, all the facilities and available sports equipment, the tennis court, the pools, the greenery and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

There was nothing we disliked. Already planning to visit again!!

WiFi not functioning everywhere always very well

The communication and welcome with our host Viive were fantastic. She welcomed us with a homemade cake and a bottle of bubbly for my husband's birthday. Her recommendations for restaurants were top! Lovely, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious apt. in a quiet and green environment. Well equiped kitchen. Lovely terrace. Exceptional breakfast made to order and delivered to our door in a picnic basket. Possibility of using outdoor BBQ and dining area. 2 fantastic swimming pools with salty water and other sporting facilities too, including water sports with direct access to the river. We cannot wait to return!

A small table and chairs on the terrace to have breakfast would have been appreciated but we coped very well.

exquisite, excellent, beautiful are the words that may describe in part the care and love that are manifest daily through the design, build, and care of the facilities and we who were fortunate enough to happen upon this paradise. in a word, you are home.
