Spacious, clean, great location

Double bed uncomfortable, could do with topper

We have stayed at this property before and I must say that we love the property it is light and brightly decorated and in a good location. It`s quiet yet you feel like there`s things going on around you. We would recommend staying here.

Having stayed here previously we noticed that the complimentary items weren`t stocked up as before and the general cleanliness was not as good as before but not dirty by any means. Having said that there`s nothing beyond the trivial that I could fault.

Online viewing I saw a very nice property but it was exceeded in reality. The facilities were great with everything you could need. Seriously impressive water pressure in shower and when running a bath no drop in shower power or temperature fluctuation. A quiet location within easy access of main road.

I couldn`t quite fit my Range Rover on the drive. The rear lawn had just been mown and grass cuttings weren`t picked up so when dog went out he brought grass in on his feet. An 11 o`clock check out would be better. Just little things nothing that would deter me from staying there again.

Location

The cleaner needs sacked ! Toilet seats hadn’t been cleaned, urine underneath seats. Bath full of soap scum ! And inside the oven we’re two dirty greasy frying pans . I wouldn’t stay here again .

I liked the fact that it had 2 bathrooms and it was pet friendly. It had everything we needed even though we took our own tea coffee sugar etc. Also the garden was secure for our dogs. It was good to have a car parking place on the drive.

I wanted to check in earlier than 4pm to get our bearings before it got dark but this wasn’t allowed even though no sign of cleaners on the property when we arrived. Also when I booked the check out time was 12 and this got changed to 10am.
