Majestic Resort 505 with RESERVED parking on 3rd Floor Walk-Over

It wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests who stayed there.. it was mold in the tub and shower, puzzle pieces, beer tops,chip bag and candy under the sofa bed. Gnats coming up through the kitchen sink, refrigerator was leaking water . White crusty stains on the comforter in the king bedroom, remote stop working in the king size bedroom.

The condo was specious enough for our family to move about.

All the closets were full of furniture and bedding so we couldn't use any of them. The seal on the freezer is broken, and it will not properly close. The dishwasher is broken. There was only 1 bunk bed not two as the description says. The room with the bunk bed has very poor lighting. The beach accessories left for us to use were broken. There was so much porch furniture that you had a hard time walking around. The livingroom had 1 couch and chair. For a large condo, this was not adequate seeting for adults. The shower curtain in the hall needs to be replaced. It has old mildew stains

Our stay at Majestic Resort 505 is one of the best stays we had with our family, truly unforgettable. Nestled in a prime location, this property has proximity to the beach and nearby attractions, offering a lively and inviting atmosphere. The property and the rooms were very clean and spacious, with a stunning view of the ocean. They had an array of amenities including hot tubs, Starbucks on the main floor, H2O Bar, beach-side chair & umbrella service, a fitness center, and a movie theater. We had our reserved parking on the 3rd level of the parking garage. The property manager Steve was very helpful and ensured that all our requests were taken care of before our arrival. I would highly recommend this property #505.

Pool areas were cramped and did not enough seating There were also a few issues with the condo floors were not clean, the ice maker had some kind of leak we had to buy ice, dishwasher smelled when we opened it so we had to hand wash plates/utensils

The view from balcony is beautiful and can easily see it from the beach below. The bed was comfortable.

Free parking is false advertisement. It’s $40 per vehicle for your entire stay. That’s not a bad price however that’s not free and I don’t appreciate when companies play games with their words. Just tell me upfront so I can put it with the budget. Upon arrival, one of the two parking spaces were taken by someone celebrating a wedding reception. The issue was taken care of within 20 minutes, and the staff was very friendly and efficient in getting it taken care of. When we got to the room, a maintenance man was smoking inside and told us that the lot didn’t work and would not be fixed until the following week, which did us no good. He was only gonna give us one key for a room that sleeps seven people and said he couldn’t give us 2 bc that’s their spare. OK, you say just prop the door open a little bit no big deal. Yes it is because then your AC won’t work. Heads up, let me save you some time. Make sure all five doors inside your condo are ALL CLOSED IF YOU WANT THE AC TO WORK, including the door, connecting the vanity area to the master bedroom. The sliding glass doors also have to be shut at all times, which is understandable a little more, but having to have all five doors with little kids running around and making sure they’re always shut at all time so the AC doesn’t kick off is a bit much, especially for the price. So we were stuck with two keys, the whole time trying to make sure we could all figure out who had what key win and meet up to get the key to get in the room or make sure someone is in the room and when I inquired about it, I was brushed off like it was no big deal and you were given two who cares it’ll be fixed next week I was told. Again does me no good. If you like hot bath, I hope you like to take them and about 4 to 5 inches deep worth of water because the hot water runs out after that in the big tub. The washer and dryer area exist, but you want to have the smallest person that is with you doing the laundry at all times.

I got most of my stay refunded after we requested to cancel based on our experience on the first day.

No check-in at a front desk. I had to call the owner for help twice (room code because we never got it and then about parking—see below) and he was extremely rude, unhelpful and hung up on me. The process to get into the parking garage was very confusing and every security guard told us something different. Apparently we needed to register our car but they didn’t know how to do that (nor did we) and the owner wouldn’t help. The facilities (pool/bar) were very subpar. The condo itself was subpar (not as nice as pics) and wasn’t as clean as we expected… for example, the washer machine was all moldy and there is no way I would have put anything of ours in it. I would caution anyone from staying here.
