This is an excellent place especially because of its closeness to the airport, and that is why I chose it. Being off-season, the price was very competitive, despite the late booking. Upon seeing the venue, I realised that it is fully equipped even for a summer stay and, although it is not "sea view" by any means, it is located in a newly gentrified neighbourhood and it is fully equipped to host a family during summer time. This made me think it is actually even more competitive than it seems, considering most local would hardly walk to the natural pools (most bathing and sunbathing hotspots are better reached by car anyway). The lady that welcomed me was very timely and provided clear explanations, proving to be an exquisite host. Excellent English spoken there (as she knows already). I recommend checking the town's restaurants, which are within walking distance.

I nave no objections, also because I am afraid I have not made full use of the amenities considering I spent only one night there, waiting for my next flight.

La cama. Un colchón y almohadas de calidad. La mestressa es muy maja y atenta y nos trajó el primer día una sopa riquísima!

Nada importante

The owner was an extremely pleasant woman, she welcomed us personally right away. She speaks perfect English and lives right next door, if you need anything, you can contact her at any time. She was also very hospitable, she prepared for us her own really delicious Christmas cookies, fruit, milk,.... She also allowed us a late check out without any problems, because we were flying out in the evening. Unfortunately, we cannot appreciate the garden and terrace, because we were here in January. If you stay longer, you will certainly appreciate the washing machine and dryer. I don't know if they charge a fee.

We lacked heating and were cold. In winter, the house feels damp.

La casa en general es excelente, muy tranquila la zona. Tiene dos patios, el que se ve en las fotos, una maravilla para salir a tomar algo o sentarte un rato, las sillas son súper cómodas y otro patio por detrás donde puedes salir a cenar. Teresa, tiene tomates, higos y otras frutas en el patio que te comenta que puedes coger, todos los dias me cogía tomates para hacerme una ensalada. Una tarde al llegar a casa se acerco y me trajo una sopa típica de Terceira riquísima. Se aparca en la misma puerta, la zona es súper tranquila y tienes todo muy cerca, buenos sitios para comer, supermercados, praia do Victoria, mirador Serra do Cumbre... la localización es genail para conocer la isla y volver a una casa súper confortable. Terceira es una maravilla y la casa do ti Marrao ha sido un auténtico acierto. Volveré

Que este a 2000 kilómetros de donde vivo

De faciliteiten in en rond het huis. Maar het meest waren we te spreken over de gastvrouw. Zij heeft ons geholpen een auto te huren bij de plaatselijke garage. Zij gaf ons ook andere bruikbare tips voor het verkennen van de omgeving.

Blaffende honden in de omgeving, maar dat is de gastvrouw niet aan te rekenen
