Smeraldo Holiday House

Maria is the perfect host, very kind, very helpful and so friendly. The house was really comfortable, with so many amenities and with an amazing view. Our stay there was perfect and we already want to visit it again!!!

The location was amazing! Parking was a little interesting because it is a narrow road but it worked out for us so I was happy with it. The view was beyond amazing and hanging out with my family in the hot tub in the evening with that view was magical! The hidden path to take you down to town was fun and the local restaurant was delicious! I would rent this place again and recommend it to anyone! Check-in was easy and even though we were running late they were able to accommodate us. Loved this stay.

We ran out of toilet paper. But everything else was great!

Wonderful expensive views, well appointed and very clean two bedroom two bathroom home. Good kitchen area, and relaxed outdoor areas to soak up the sun, including fold out outdoor chairs and an outdoor hot tub. Check in and communication with the host was excellent.

We drove to the property, and getting there was tricky at times. Lots of stairs, however, there was a luggage carrier to help bring the luggage into the home - which was great. The hot tub took sometime to heat up and WiFi was a little patchy.

We had an amazing stay at Smeraldo Holiday House! The view was absolutely beautiful. The house was so homey, clean and comfortable. Maria is the best host. She was available for any questions, met us when we arrived and helped us bring down our luggage. The town was so pretty and the people were so friendly! We loved that the location was in between Amalfi and Positano, it made it easy to visit the beautiful towns in the area! We totally recommend this house if you want to experience the beauty of the Amalfi Coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maria's family home. The home was beautiful, spotless and the online photos accurate. There was one patio perfect for outside dining and the other for relaxing, with outside shower and large hot tub overlooking the sea. It was convenient to use the small "tram" to transport our suitcases from the main road level to the house so we didn't have to carry the bags down and back up when leaving. This home is located in between Positano and Amalfi, with a short distance to the town center.

Heads up to those that can't handle stairs! It is about a 120 steps down to the house from the road where we parked, about 50 steps down to the main town from the house.

Maria is an amazing host, taking care of every detail to make your time at her place amazing. Fruits and veggies in the kitchen many wine and options to drink and pay later waiting in your fridge. My kids loved the hot tub, and we loved the view from the terrace. Place was spotless and very comfy beds. She arranged a great boat day trip for us along the coast and the restaurant just downstairs was a very special place !
