Everything. Brilliant stay. Booked last minute for a unreal price. Was not disappointed and exceeded expectations

The house was very clean. I like that there were 3 bathrooms. They made use of the space really well. The outside area and hot tub was exactly as expected and really nice. The kitchen supplied everything you need.

The mattress on the bed didn’t join in the middle so it was a little uncomfortable. It wasn’t a massive problem though. I think it would’ve been nice for some better lighting around the hot tub (spot lights or fairy lights) There is no parking for the house. You can potentially park on the road outside but a lot of double yellows.

The location was excellent. Ease of getting keys was excellent. Hot tub was brilliant. Beds were comfy. Amount of bathrooms was superb. Kitchen had everything we needed.

The knives were just a bit old and not sharp for slicing and the stairs were extremely steep - not that this affected us personally but we nearly took our older relative with us who wouldn’t of been able to get up or down easily - don’t remember reading anything about the stairs (I could be wrong). But still think the property was amazing and we had a fabulous time there.

Review for 83 Pier Plain, Gorleston Unfortunately, our stay at 83 Pier Plain was extremely disappointing and unsafe. On arrival, we were greeted by overflowing bins, chipped paintwork, and exposed plaster. The garden was grubby, and even the kitchen bin didn’t close properly. The property itself felt neglected and dangerous. The stairs were a complete hazard – steep, poorly maintained, and ultimately the cause of a serious fall. I sustained a badly twisted ankle and deep cuts to my knee and forearm, which ruined the second day of our short break. To make matters worse, there was no first aid kit provided, and when I emailed the host about this, the response lacked any empathy. I asked if there was a first aid kit in the property because it’s fallen at the top of the stairs and cut my knee open, the reply was. “Should be somewhere in the kitchen I believe” A leak from the en suite shower caused water to drip through the electrics onto the bottom stair, making the already dangerous staircase even more lethal. Add to that the constant loud humming from the fridge, and the whole place felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Also being a Sunday night there wasn’t anything near by open to buy anything to bandage up my knee, luckily my dad lives near by and he had to come and bring my supplies. Ridiculous! Overall, I couldn’t wait to leave. This property needs significant improvements to be considered a safe and enjoyable holiday let.

Property was in a great location. It was clean and tidy and had all we needed. Comfortable beds and well equipped.

Property was a little tired in places. Could do with a lack of paint- but nothing that affects your stay. Could do with a Wi-Fi booster. Staying as a single mum with young children I could have done with something more reliable and TVs that you could get regular channels on.
