"Had a great family holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return."

A bit of a hike to the main hustle and bustle of Wells but convenient for the Buttlands and nice pubs. Very comfy and spacious accommodation with lots of fridge and freezer space. Super hot water and showers are great, the underfloor heating is very comfortable.

Couldn't fault the accommodation but not happy about being unable to get the bbq because we couldn't find the shed key, and despite sending a message we never got a reply. The garden hedge is overgrown so the clothes dryer is unusable.

Lovely location . Clean tidy lots of work space in the kitchen . Underfloor heating meant the home was cosy and warm

Nothing - could have done with a few waste paper baskets in the bedrooms.

"Superb"

Tolly House is in a great location. It is spacious and cosy for a winter break. Kitchen/diner facilities are excellent with a spacious dining table and fridges/freezer. The lounge is large with comfortable sofas. The 4 bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The property is immaculately clean. The area is very quiet but close to facilities and good pubs) restaurants.

Location is perfect, house is a delight - felt instantly like home. Also I was worried with a semi detached but we never heard a single peep from neighbours and hopefully they didn't from us!

We messaged the owners just on few smaller things like kids plates and cups. Largely as we didn't want to break anything with little ones but everything else was well thought through! Couldn't fault it

Spacious and clean. Good location. Warm. Comfortable beds. Plenty of fridge space. Pre stay information was very thorough.

Only minor things. Would have appreciated some tea coffee and milk on arrival. There wasn't any foil or cling film which would have been useful.

"We were a family of 3 generations and it was great to be in such a lovely house in a great location."

The location was excellent. We were able to walk into town and eat out in the locality.

We were very pleased with the layout of the house but it would have been great to have a bedroom on the upper floor. Luckily ,we had good weather for October because we couldn’t get the heating working in the evening. We had to buy a hairdryer as there didn’t seem to be one. Also we would have liked a milk jug. The kitchen was very well equipped apart from that.
