"Great location, nice property, let down by facilities"

Location was great. House was good overall and nicely furnished

The heating didn't work. We contacted the hosts about it and they said they'd send a plumber. Nobody turned up and nobody checked to see if we were ok, despite knowing we had booked for an 80th birthday. Electrics tripped several times. Toilet seats poorly fitted.
