Very welcoming. Well equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Location excellent and parking was so easy. Great stay.

Bed a little soft for our liking and shower could be updated.

It was very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location very very good for central Bury St Edmunds.

The house was very warm and one of the fans was very noisy so couldn't be used. because the location was right next to the road we couldn't open the windows due to lots of road traffic. I recommend ear plugs.

I didn't stay personally; it was booked for a couple of engineers working out of town. They both said it was perfect and preferred it to a hotel. Bury Barn was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities they needed.

Location was perfect for visiting the town centre. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. Great having own parking space. Host very helpful.

Beds were rather uncomfortable. Mattresses need replacing.

Location is close enough to town to walk in. In general terms, the property is good, the covered parking is useful. Other rooms acceptable to good.

Unlike our previous stay, there was much more exterior noise from drunks arguing, eventually they moved on - two nights in succession. The bathroom shower screen leaks - could do with an efficient seal as there is a gap between the screen and the bath top. A number of ceiling halogen bulbs are defunct, leaves the table less illuminated. The outside light would be better with a PIR as is can be dark when returning and the switch is inside. (I didn't switch the light on when I left much earlier in the day, when it was light.)

Location good. Accommodation beautiful. Excellent facilities in the accommodation.
