Beautiful Grade 2 listed building - West Wing

The house is in a lovely location and the hot tub was an excellent plus point. The whole living area is great, from the large but extremely cosy living room to the large family kitchen. The master bedroom is probably one of the best I've stayed in. If you go into Bowness by foot it is downhill, which obviously means it is uphill on your return. This wasn't a problem for us but if you had elderly people with you, you may wish to consider a taxi. It's a very short journey though.

Beautiful house, comfortable, well equipped and within walking distance of Bowness Good communication with the host. Parking for 4 cars Lovely bathrooms, 2 ensuite and 1 family bathroom Being able to book a 1 night weekend stay We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful area, clean, walking distance to the town Comfy beds.

Great location, beautiful building. Parking was really easy and there was plenty of space outside for the little ones to run around. All of the rooms were clean and spacious and most of the beds were very comfortable.

It was short of some basic supplies, considering there were 6 adults, 3 children staying for 4 nights - toilet roll, dishwasher tablets both needed to be purchased. Also, there weren't enough towels for everyone, so we had to share.

The property is in an excellent location it is accessible with easy parking. The property is large and will accommodate a number of visitors. There are two nice bathrooms and a kitchen with facilities suitable for a short or long Stay.
