It was good for what we needed as visiting family in haughton conquest .

A nice looking property externally with lots of potential and lovely and cool inside considering temperatures of 30 degrees outside.

Lighting - living room sensor for main light so no control over it and no option for lamp as no plug in bedroom, rusted taps/bath in bathroom, cobwebs/dust, many spiders, no handle on front door to shut, hardly any WiFi connection, worn and dated throughout, external water feature full of stagnant water and decking looking worn and in bad condition.

It was as described. I really liked that there were 2 toilets. The dining room was a lovely size complete with dining table. The kitchenette with hob and microwave was perfect for a 2 night stay. The location is 10 mins from Leighton Buzzard in a really pretty and quiet village

The wooden and tiled floors whilst lovely were very cold underfoot. Because it's May, the central heating had been turned off for summer so the rooms were very chilly in the evenings and the heater on the wall just inside the door was too high up to efficiently heat the rooms. However, we contacted our lovely host and she provided a portable heater to have in the sitting room. The main light in the sitting room is on a movement sensor and wouldn't turn off until after a long time. This was annoying as after a long day we wanted to relax with the 2 lamps not a bright ceiling light.

Good location

Property was freezing, one small heater in bedroom only. Owners confirmed they had switched off the oil heating due to escalating oil prices but what was provided was woefully inadequate and restricted in temperature. This information was provided once we had paid in full.Property obviously not heated or aired so smelt musty/ damp.Bedding not fit for purpose and felt damp.Lighting on a very short timer also.Not as represented on website.

It's a scam,don't book this place!!! I spent 100 pounds in a taxi just out the property with the woman yelling the driver to drive in circles and place didn't exist,in the middle of nowhere and then just cancelled the booking, outrageous,my worst experience in booking so far!
