Liked everything. Comfortable bed, very useful and delicious welcome hamper, views from windows. Everything just lovely

The TV is a so-called smart TV and we are not used to them. Despite reading the instruction manual we still couldn’t find the Freeview channels we usually watch. I’m sure Arwen would have come to our aid but really didn’t want to bother her at 8pm. We managed to amuse ourselves until bedtime without watching TV. it wasn’t a huge problem

The cottage was just what I had imagined for the Cotswolds. Cuteness overload and very clean, comfortable and homely. Arwen was the perfect host, picking us up from the train station and providing a beautiful welcome basket of fresh food in the well equipped kitchen so we could settle in straight away and even have a proper breakfast the following morning without having to race out to the shops. It was a lovely walk into the town and all the locals were super friendly each time we popped down. A perfect escape to the country!

It was in a lovely peaceful area, it was super clean and tidy, excellent facilities, very well thought out little extras. the welcome basket of goodies, the outside extension of a toilet and hand basin was a great addition, this saved going back in, to the top level to use this toilet. The motion sensor in the bathroom during the night, so no need to have to put the main light on. A very comfortable bed. Cozy and only a 20 minute walk from the village High Street, where there was a Tesco Express and a small co-op, pharmacy, coffee shops, barbers, couple of eateries, and local pub, GP Surgery. Stunning walks and views.

I liked everything. If I was going to be really picky, maybe a chair in bedroom would be useful and a TV in the there too, but loved it, already booked to go back.
