LARGE!! 3 bed,3 bath house with parking in town centre! sleeps 6

The property is in a great location, it was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. The rooms were a great size too. We didn’t hear the neighbours at all and it was a quiet stay. Would definitely book again / come back!

The only thing which could be improved is that the cobwebs could’ve been dusted in the entrance way. Also, the blinds in the main bedroom are not black out so as soon as the sun comes up you will be woken. Maybe could do with a roller blind or curtains on top. The parking situation isn’t great as you have to block the neighbours in or they will block you in. We parked at a local pay and display and walked down instead.

The football table which was a highlight when searching for somewhere to stay was unfortunately broken. Also we struggled to get the heating on apart from using the boost. Therefore it sat at 12 degrees and was freezing in the mornings.

Location is superb Spacious property with everything you need

Outside there were 4 chairs but no table Parking was very stressful as we were going to a wedding and car park timings meant a lot of moving cars all the time More mirrors would have been good , especially for make up and bear plugs for hairdryers etc Biggest disappointment was no bedside lamp in single room, there was one for show but no socket anywhere near - why ???

Clean and tidy. Easy access with key safe

Nothing really maybe 6 matching plates and bowls for guests.

Very spacious property, set in a fabulous location - close to all local amenities, including supermarkets and places to eat and drink.

Needs slightly more attention to detail - dishwasher was not cleaned/emptied from previous occupants, broken toilet roll holder in one of the bathrooms and pegs needed on the line.

Great location. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable. Plenty of pots and pans etc for home cooking. Could do with some pegs for hanging out washing! Great welcome package with very useful information. Especially nice and friendly host.

This is Amedeo We had a Wonderful weekend in Ashby de la Zouch. The town is Beautiful so so well kept and the shops and pubs and restaurants are just minutes away from the House/Cottage But let's talk about the Accommodation First of all the house is massive. Three bathrooms three showers ideal because we went there with my in law so perfect The whole house is spotless and tidy The living room area is the best room Space for lots of people and very very nice decorated Brilliant WIFI and super good smart Tv Thank you very much Rachel and Sarah (The heating system is fabulous)
