the house was clean, good space, well decorated, comfortable, great location, beautiful features, great space for the amount of people staying.

just that it was a small oven for the amount of people that can stay there.

"nice place in a good location. needs to fix a few details"

great location- comfortable beds

whilst clean- many areas missed- all lights very dusty(living room, bedside lamps), stairs had bits of tissue on and top bathroom had some shaving hair left behind. kitchen needs re stocking. knife couldn’t cut a lime and only one rack in the oven was odd.

"Nice house and a great location"

Location was great very close to the town centre

Two observations 1). Concerns with the shower controls in the en-suite on the top floor. Unable to regulate the water temperature. The shower unit is dangerous and requires urgent attention …. scalding risk ! 2). The scaffolding over the front door needs checking and adjusting there is one cross member that is in the eye line of anybody over 6ft walking out of the door.
