Björkin – Cozy Cabin with excellent view

It was cozy, super clean, well located with great view

Exceptional place...very comfortable, in an exceptional environment. We enjoyed the setting and we highly recommend the place.

Great accommodation, great location, great views, had everything we needed

The terrace has an amazing view and lots of space with a gas grill. A great fridge within the small kitchen and a washing machine. There is a small freshwater steam nearby which is refreshing after a long hike.

The mattress and the bed was not great (I'm not a fan of a foldaway bed with a low priced mattress) There is only a really small closet which has not even enough space for some of our clothes (we stayed 5 nights!) Thus, living out of the suitcase is not my way of having a comfy stay. Unfortunately, all cupboards were packed with something (on top, drawers etc.) and therefore space for ourselves was very limited.

Great view, great, roomy (but I sure it would be cozy in cooler weather) cabin with great facilities, close to Akureyri (only five minutes drive) but far enough away that you feel like you are in the country side.

Better block out blinds on door and kitchen window would be a great improvement. We improvised with towels.

It has a good view to Akureyri.
