L'emplacement par rapport à l'accès en ville.

Pas d'ouverture, uniquement la porte d'entrée. Une climatisation inutilisable car trop bruyante. Un parking privé Mais payant, ce qui n'est pas indiqué à la réservation! Et ... Des puces ou des punaises présentes dans cet appartement qui semble ouvert aux animaux. Un nettoyage complet est nécéssaire.

We had a very pleasant communication with the host. The location is quite good, close to both the city center and the lake. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need - kitchenware, appliances (even a milk frother), oil, salt, etc. It was clean, but if staying for a longer period, some intermediate cleaning would be appreciated. The air conditioning was more than sufficient for us, keeping the apartment at 26°C while it was 35°C outside.

The only downside is that the apartment is quite small. If the sofa bed is unfolded on the first floor, it makes it very difficult to pass through to the bathroom. Keep this in mind when booking.

- l'appartement es trés bien placé et dans une cours au calme - le matériel est en excellent état et la literie trés bonne - la propreté est parfaite - l'hôte est très réactif et flexible - des biscotts et biscuits nous attendaient pour le petit déjeuner ainsi que quelques capusles Nespresso...un vrai service!

L'appartement est en rez de chaussée au calme mais ne possède pas de fenêtre. La seule source de luminosité est par la porte.

Es hatte uns sehr gut gefallen. Zentrum, See und einkaufen alles in der Nähe und ohne Auto erreichbar.

Such an amazing apartment. Spacious, very clean, very secure. Parking in secure premises right outside apartment door. Very central, with everything in walking distance. Rossana was absolutely amazing, welcomed us in person. She provided a very detailed information guide on sights, restaurants etc and left little treats for breakfast throughout our stay. Thank you Rossana, we will definitely be back.
