The property was very well stocked with all the holiday tea/coffee/breakfast. All the kitchen was well thought out.

Everything is very clean especially the towels are better than some five stars hotels. Bathroom is the best and spacious. I feel safe like home because in the fence and very private location. Rossana is very kind and responsible. location is very closed to Como Lago train station and some attractions in town and lake . Very convenient. Also have parking in center of city .

The keys are a-bit confused but later it's make sense In summer the mobile A/C is sometimes not covered the bedroom which is upstairs and the fan is loud. The rest are very good.

The check in and check out time were not standard. Check was put in at 1700 you could however request early check in but we were told we had to be out of the property by 10 am which is not standard

Great location. Parking convenient, but you pay extra for it. It is not included in the price. Very clean. Host was accommodating in allowing us an early check in and a slightly later check out time.

Thought it was overpriced for what you are getting but I guess this is Como in general. Wasn’t clear on the booking that parking was an additional fee. The room at the top gets stuffy as the air conditioner on bottom level cannot be moved and it’s loud. A portable fan up there would be an idea.

For any help, I received a fast response. Our host helped us with taxi needs. She even helped us get a last minute stay at one of her properties due to us having to cancel our other accommodation. We seemed to have everything we needed for our stay! (Just FYI, No dryer so need to hang clothes) We were within walking distance to the city center.

Maybe a smart tv for YouTube. Only because it would help our toddler keep busy at certain times. But not really needed!

Great location, lovely apartment with everything you need. Rosanna was a great host and the information pack was excellent.
