The location was amazing host very friendly had a great stay

unexpected cream tea on arrival ...secluded spot ,lovely and quite . cottage and garden very tranquil. hosts had very thoughtfully considered all the small essentials that may be needed or forgotten and supplied just enough for the length of stay

nearest pub did not allow dogs at all , therefore it meant driving or a long walk to a pub for a meal or drink . ( our dog was elderly and not able to walk the distance)

It was lovely. Nice, clean and comfortable. All we needed for our stay. The recommendation of having food at the Devil’s Stone was also great. We had 2 meals there which were amazing.

Nothing. We’d definitely use again if visiting Devon/Cornwall in the future.

Lovely tranquil location and property has everything you need. Beds very comfortable and garden is fantastic.

Was a home from home scones and butter,jam,milk,tea and coffee etc on arrival also towels and shower gel in bath rooms and hand soap. Was a lovely stay and nice and quite. Beds were so comfortable and lots of little things added around to help make your stay better.

Literally was nothing we didn’t like about this property.

Peacefull immaculate, everything you would need garden's are beautifull

Oak Tree Cottage was perfect - everything we needed was there. Plenty of space. The shower was brilliant. Lovely and quiet for a restful stay. Helen and Richard were lovely hosts and were very helpful in suggesting places to visit.

Nothing. The area was rather remote with lots of narrow country lanes but we learned not to rely on the satnav!
