Fantastic location. Lovely characterful full old property. Great terrace with views of sea. Washing machine useful. Joao very responsive (turned up hot water as soon as we noticed it needed to be hotter - thank you). Good kitchen. Option of bedrooms - one (large) views the ponds, another almost as large was in the middle of the flat with a light well and extremely calm and quiet. Lovely.

Good location

Location was perfect close to everything, nice ocean view from back patio, very close to the house where I grew up 55 years ago, within walking distance to restaurants and many favorite spots.

Have a BBQ on patio to use if needed, front door lock difficult.

This place was very spacious in an excellent location ! Great window views. Having two washrooms was great too . I would recommend

Just be aware, for older people, the stairs to climb can be difficult. As this is an upper level unit .

Very central. Very nice outside space with ocean view. Owners really nice and friendly even let us stay on the day of check out till our flight. Graciosa is beautiful island worth visiting. Everything is really close.

Stairs could be a problem for someone with small child. It wasn’t problem for us but i’ll suggest some sort of gate to prevent someone from falling down

The location overlooking the ocean from the back was amazing.
