It can be a bit cold, the blankets were super thin, can be nice to have some oil, salt in the kitchen

The kitchen and bathroom are quite old so could do with an update, or at least a deeper clean, the bathroom sink and shower tray were heavily stained from hard water I assume, but the general cleanliness of the place was good!

AUUnbelieavable northern lights! It was amazing to watch. There was also a lovely tiny cat (Rose I believe) who kept us entertained. Very quaint. Staff very nice also
The accomodation is a bit old and in days with strong wind it creaks a bit. Also it is an A-frame with a very narrow and steep stair to the upper floor, would not recommend for older guests
ITGorgeous house in the middle of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula. The owner was very communicative and met us immediately on arrival with the keys. The house was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. Great place to see the northern lights. We would definitely come back!

It could have been a bit cleaner and we missed filters for coffee (coffee machine was there).
